What materials are your handbags made from? At Kovancy, elegance meets durability. We work with premium materials, including carefully selected genuine leather and very high-quality vegan leather (PU), depending on the collections. How should I care for my Kovancy bag? To preserve the beauty of your bag, we recommend storing it away from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight. Clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure through our financial partners (Stripe and PayPal).

Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes upon receipt? No, absolutely not. Kovancy covers all customs and import duties (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid system). The price you pay when confirming your order is the final price. There will be no unpleasant surprises or additional charges upon delivery.
